I have had an old Hotline Explorer Torch for years and it has stood me in good stead (perfect for checking your electric fence on these cold winter nights!)- but recently the halogen bulbs stopped working and it needed a new battery. Unfortunately Hotline have no replacement bulbs for the halogen section of the torch and so the time had come to bite the bullet and buy a new torch...
Below is some info on the new Explorer Torch, a few thoughts on the torch after we had used it last weekend

You have invested so much time and money into keeping your beautiful greens level and well maintained over the winter period it would be a shame to lose them just at the beginning of the season so don't let this be you.

Can we come up with high quality produce at good prices in the UK?
Well, Farmer's Weekly have noticed that LIDL has brought out an Xmas advert that backs British farming. It aims to show that it’s possible to deliver high quality produce at good prices. Good news surely! :-)

So, we’ve decided to include a newsy article in our monthly newsletter and are going to kick off with the subject of Drones which have been in the news recently – yes, you know ... the futuristic " techy" sort of Drone – the ones that fly.. yip, the ones we thought we would never see in our lifetime..!

Summer Pasture Management
