    Rescued poultry at Hillside Animal Sanctuary

    As you may already know we support the fabulous charity Hillside Animal Sanctuary. In fact we did a blog on the Sanctuary and one of their stars Candy Floss the Highland cow last year. 

    This summer, life continues to be very hectic at the Sanctuary with new animals requiring care and attention, arriving at the centre on a daily basis.

    Most residents at Hillside Animal Sanctuary  have been rescued from the farming industry including many chicken, turkeys, ducks and geese.

    So we travelled south again this year to have a nosey around what was new and up and coming, Well what a great time we had caught a demo, caught up with some friends new and old, met with our manufactures and found out about some great new things on the horizon ( I will let you in on 2 sneaky things if you keep reading...)

    Meet our adopted Highland Cow Candy Floss

    Everyone at EFD is animal daft - living with dogs, horses and cats ... so we have decided we are going to give a wee bit back to our beloved animals and help support a F A N T A S T I C animal rescue charity called the Hillside Animal Sanctuary.  Hip Hip Hurray for everyone working at this Sanctuary- you truly do amazing and invaluable work, thank you!

    And we're particularly excited because we've managed to adopt this lovely wee girl, Candy Floss the Highland cow!
