I have had an old Hotline Explorer Torch for years and it has stood me in good stead (perfect for checking your electric fence on these cold winter nights!)- but recently the halogen bulbs stopped working and it needed a new battery.  Unfortunately Hotline have no replacement bulbs for the halogen section of the torch and so the time had come to bite the bullet and buy a new torch...

Below is some info on the new Explorer Torch, a few thoughts on the torch after we had used it last weekend

So the nights have quickly closed in on us and once when we could head out and check the horses and stock after dinner without a torch has changed over night to bashed shins and foreheads....
