Lately, our inbox has been buzzing (a bit like a fence energiser on a busy day!). We’ve seen a big rise in emails, detailed enquiries and bespoke quote requests. And because we pride ourselves on offering thoughtful, accurate advice rather than rushed responses, we’re making a small tweak to how we work.

 

New Customer Service Hours

To make sure we can give every enquiry the attention it deserves, our customer service team will now be available to chat with you:

Monday – Friday: 10:00am to 4:30pm

This change will allow our team dedicated time each day to work through complex quotes, advice requests and follow-ups — ensuring you still receive the same great service, support and product expertise we’re known for.

Nothing about our commitment to you is changing. If anything, this helps us help you even better — with more thoughtful answers, clearer guidance and faster turnaround on tailored quotes.
